Hotel Galaxy by OYO Rooms

The Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani was awesome, though the regular chicken biryani wasn't as good. I was surprised to see a bar when I arrived and wondered if I had the wrong place, but the sign on the front gate confirmed it. With a bar inside the hotel, I don't think it's suitable for families.

I booked a room online at a low price and arrived late at night, expecting it to be open 24/7. They said they don't give rooms at night through online bookings, only offline, and demanded a much higher price. I couldn't get back to the station then, so I paid a huge amount in cash for a room in the same hotel. After that they kept disturbing me, saying I had to cancel because the malik would be angry about the low booking price. I wasted my money and didn't even sleep. I got there at 3 am, and by 7 am they were telling me to vacate. Don't risk booking a cheap Oyo deal there. There are plenty of hotels near the station.

There was no kitchen service, and although they promised free Wi-Fi, they didn't seem to know what Wi-Fi was. The staff kept changing every ten minutes. They had also removed the TV and AC plugs. Only rooms 101 and 102 had a working TV; the connections had been removed in the other rooms, and the rooms with working TVs didn't have remotes. Worst hotel of my life.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and they let me check in late at night. It's near the railway station and bus stand, and I found it a great hotel in Bhusawal. Recommended for families. I'll visit again.
