The food was outstanding, with a well-prepared, enjoyable selection, and Chander ji is a great person there. I stayed four nights and was very pleased with the hospitality. The whole team was courteous, professional, supportive, and quick to respond. My room was impeccably clean, with housekeeping paying close attention to detail. The property also had a calm, welcoming feel that made the stay comfortable. I'd gladly choose the hotel again.
The only hassle was getting there: flyover construction nearby may mean traffic and road diversions. Otherwise, it was good value for money for a comfortable stay in Jammu. Hotel Gupta Resort is in the city and seems well suited to short visits. Our room was clean and maintained well, the atmosphere was calm and family-friendly, and staff were polite and cooperative. Check-in went smoothly.
Gupta resort is easy to reach from Narwal highway Jammu, and friends could stay here for a day or two. I stayed one night. The rooms were fine, though not as clean as I'd expect from a 3-star hotel. I wouldn't choose it for a family with children.
The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, including the blanket, and there were leaking washroom pipes and noise from a motor. For 3000 a night, the facilities don't justify the price. Service was bad, breakfast was the worst, and there was no kids' option. Even when I asked, the response was very cold.
The rooms were clean and it's a very good place, with a friendly atmosphere. The staff were so sweet and helpful. Special thanks to the Manager Chander.
