I arrived with a confirmed Booking.com reservation, but the receptionist said they had no tie-up with Booking.com and that every room was sold out. The receptionist appeared intoxicated. The property also looked nothing like the online photos, and its signboards had been removed. This felt like clear misrepresentation. I’d urge people to be cautious and verify before booking. No one should have to deal with this kind of deception.

We were told to rebook directly at double the price, and staff were pressuring us about it. Even with a confirmed Booking.com reservation, the hotel refused to let us in, saying they didn’t accept online bookings. We had to pay another ₹1,000 just to check in. The Wi-Fi, TV, and AC weren’t working. I complained several times and nothing was done. Extremely misleading, and I strongly recommend avoiding this property.
