The front desk was decent, but after that the stay was extremely disappointing. Our room was filthy: the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets, bedspread, and pillows were visibly unclean. When we asked for fresh bedding, staff were rude and didn’t seem willing to help. We’d told them there were three of us, but they gave us only a queen-size bed. The extra mattress came very late despite several reminders. The AC remote was missing too, and nobody brought one after repeated requests. This place deserves zero stars, but since that isn’t an option, I’m giving it one. Management needs to improve cleanliness, staff attitude, and service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until these basic issues are fixed.

Don’t even go here. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty, and there’s dirt all over the room. The phone and TV don’t work, there are no towels or hot water, and the staff are careless. The bedsheets are dirty too. The infrastructure is all old, with cockroaches and mosquitoes around. Most pathetic hotel.

The food was a waste, and the people were even worse. They don’t know how to prepare food. Worst place.

For this budget, it’s a good hotel.
