A good option for families, with good food, friendly staff, and plenty of parking. Breakfast service and timing were okay. When it's busy, though, you may need to call and remind them several times to get some services. It suits group bookings for functions. Booking ahead is better, though last-minute rooms are sometimes available with fewer choices.

The rooms are large and clean, and it's easy to get in and out. There's good parking for vehicles, and the staff treat you well. A great place to stay, I'd come back again and again.

I stayed here during the KAOCON orthopedic conference. Mr Pruthvi helped me get to the conference venue and even couriered some belongings I'd left behind. The rooms were pleasant and the service was great.

The food was a major letdown. I ordered Hakka noodles, Manchurian, and fried rice. We threw away half the noodles and Manchurian because the taste was awful, with mostly capsicum, lots of chillies and too much soya sauce, without proper seasoning. The fried rice was the only thing we could eat, and I'd give it 5/10. At checkout, I wanted to give feedback, but no managers were around. Service was pathetic too. It took ten calls before reception answered, they charged us for water even though our complimentary water hadn't been provided, and tea and water took 15-20 minutes to reach the room. The tea wasn't hot either. Families should avoid staying here. It felt like a kind of Theka/Bar, with drunk people making noise until 2am. Nothing changed after we told reception. We saw more than 50 people drinking in the hotel. I was genuinely scared there with my wife and daughter. Not recommended.
