Whenever I come to Bikaner, which is pretty much every month, I end up staying at Hotel Enclave. It works especially well for a family break: the rooms are roomy, clean, nicely decorated, and the beds are comfortable. The team is really helpful, and the food at Ganesh restaurant is delicious. 🌟

The Wi-Fi was so bad that my phone’s two-bar mobile data worked better. We had booked 10 rooms for an event, and only 2 were decent; the rest were worse than any bad hotel. Service was awful too. There was hardly ever any staff around, and the one person at reception, who I couldn’t tell was an employee or just someone unprofessional, wouldn’t help with basic requests like breakfast, tea, an iron, bathroom slippers, or supplies. I’m glad I didn’t come in summer, because it could have been even worse.

The management seemed organized and professional, and the night staff were friendly and ready to help. I had a very comfortable stay, really enjoyed my time here, and would recommend the hotel.

Aryan was especially good to deal with, and the staff service and rooms deserve praise. One of the best hotels in Bikaner.

I was here for four days and found the rooms very nice and clean. Staff and service were good too. I’d recommend it if you’re coming to Bikaner.
