This is a small, affordable hotel in the city centre, and mine was a nice stay. The rooftop restaurant is a plus, especially if you like food, and both the food and hospitality were good. The place is clean and very well located. South-facing rooms are quieter, the corner suites are large and sunny, and higher floors have less A/C unit.
The room was clean and neat, and good for the price. The location was decent too. But there was no restaurant, tea, coffee, bottled water, or food on site, so everything had to be ordered from outside. Power cuts happen often across Rajasthan, and the hotel had no backup power, which is a must in the heat. Even so, I had a good experience, with those missing things in mind.
I found the food good, and the service and staff were good as well. A very nice, affordable place for an overnight stay near bikaner.
The shower didn't work, the air conditioning was out, and room service was very poor. Check things before booking. They don't keep extra towels either.
It's a nice hotel, newly opened, and the facilities here are good.
