OYO 19696 Hotel Rbk Palace And Restaurant

The property looks good from the outside, but the service was disappointing. I called reception three times for water and never got any, and there was no soap or hand wash in the bathroom. The bed wasn't clean either. When I asked for it to be cleaned, staff refused to give me a fresh blanket or bedsheet. Not a good experience.

I booked this place on 23 July 22, and it was the worst hotel I've seen. I'd sooner stay at the railway station than book here. Dust covered the rooms, the bathrooms were filthy and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and their fittings were broken. There were no toiletries or towels. Paan had been spat on the room walls, the blankets smelled foul, and the furniture was torn or broken, among other problems. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I've attached photos for reference, and ask the authorities concerned to take strict action against hotels like this.

There's a stunning temple near the hotel. I had a great experience here: the rooms and hotel were clean, and the restaurant food tasted great and seemed healthy. The rooms were what you'd expect at this price, and the staff were polite and helpful.

The staff are cooperative, and food can be served in the room. The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained, with clean pillow covers and blankets. The air conditioner cools nicely and there's a geyser, though the bathroom has no exhaust fan.
