The wedding venue was clean and nicely decorated, and the pool looked great with the evening lighting. There was plenty of parking behind the halls, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were helpful with the small arrangements that keep coming up during a wedding. The food was decent, though I’ve had better at other Country Inn & Suites by Radisson properties. One disappointment was the outdoor speakers: we were told they weren’t connected, so there couldn’t be any music until the DJ arrived, even though we had both a daytime and evening function. A good experience that could be better with a few small changes.

The food and service at the function I attended today were awful. The food lacked both quality and taste, and the servers often moved away from guests and stood off to one side instead of helping. I had been told there would be 15 servers, but I could only see five, and they didn’t seem interested in serving. I couldn’t tell whether they’d been told to keep their distance to reduce food costs or were simply poorly trained. The location and exterior are good, and the banquet hall is large enough, but food is a major part of a wedding. Cutting corners there leaves the venue with a bad reputation for events.

The property looked lovely, with clean, green grounds that were clearly well maintained. We went to view it as a venue, but nobody told us an exam was taking place, so we couldn’t see that space and the trip was wasted. The other venues they showed us were in good condition, and the food was good too. There was a wide range of options on the wedding menu. The staff could have been more helpful about the exam.

We came to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and were given a complimentary room upgrade. The resort was quiet, away from the city bustle, and everything felt fresh and clean. Our room had plenty of amenities, was spotless, and looked out toward the pool. The grounds and infrastructure were beautifully kept, and the staff were friendly and polite. The dining room had a lovely mix of classic and rich decor. Thank you to the @Housing Keeping Team for the decorations and towel art, and to @Mr. Khem Ramjivan for the care. @Anamika Das at @Reception gave us such a warm welcome and made the hospitality feel special.
