The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and all the services were prompt, from room service and food delivery to the general hospitality. We’d come in from Jaisalmer and checked in early this morning; the staff kindly let us check in early, which we really appreciated. They also upgraded our room from Deluxe to Super Deluxe, a nice surprise that made the stay more comfortable. Everyone was courteous and ready to help, so we felt welcome. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Bharat Palace and would certainly stay again on a future trip to Bikaner. Highly recommended! Love from Kolkata ❣️✨

The rooms and washrooms aren’t maintained. You only get towels if you ask, and the toiletries at check-in are a 1 rs Sunsilk shampoo packet and 2 rs soap. The bedsheet cover was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom mirrors were broken. Parking is very limited. This isn’t suitable for a family, more for labourers and travellers looking for a bed-and-breakfast setup.

They were extremely accommodating and helped us out in an emergency. The rooms are beautiful, and the boys at the front desk were a delight to talk to. Thank you.
