The pool was off limits to me, and most of the advertised services and luxury facilities weren’t properly provided. For the high price, it felt like I’d paid a lot just to sleep in a room. At Marriott Bilaspur tonight, the staff were rude and careless, with no coordination or respectful way of dealing with guests. I never felt welcome, and the basic experience they advertise was missing. It’s an embarrassment for a hotel with the Marriott name. I’d give it zero stars if I could. One of my worst hotel stays, a complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Trilok, Saurabh, and chef Prem from the restaurant staff really stood out to me for their enthusiasm. The team’s warm, genuine interactions made the stay more pleasant, and the hospitality was a highlight. It was a very good trip, and the Marriott standards were clear.

Ms Julita made each guest feel like her own, and I especially appreciated how she treated us. The restaurant staff were friendly and cordial, and there was a wide choice of dishes. The food was delicious, and the place was very clean with a homely atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit, and I wish Ms Julita all the best for the future.

The team was courteous and helpful, and the food was excellent. Courtyard by Marriott, Bilaspur worked well for our business meeting, which was professional and well organized. It has modern facilities, easy connectivity, and comfortable arrangements in a good corporate setting. It also seems like a dependable venue for family functions and weddings.

Momo cafe had great food, and the rooms and location were good too. It’s a 4-star property with a 5-star feel, with excellent service for a very reasonable, budget-friendly price. Amazing stay, loved it.
