Dinner at the lobby restaurant was enjoyable, with a nice atmosphere and good food. The room itself was clean, decent, and spacious, and the bathroom was especially good. Even though the hotel is on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet inside. The breakfast included with our booking was average, with food quality that didn’t impress. At check-in, the receptionist seemed cold and unwelcoming, though not rude. The stay was still good overall, and I’d recommend the comfort and à la carte dining. I’d skip the included breakfast and order from the restaurant menu instead.

One of Bilaspur’s best pure veg restaurants. The staff are well behaved, and the dishes are delicious. Try the Chef special Paneer Kali Mirch Pasanda, it’s new and really amazing 👌🏻

The staff are good enough and treat customers nicely. The food and meals were tasty, healthy, attractive, affordable, and lajawab. It’s first come, first served. A very awesome restaurant.

The service was just average, and the manager’s rude attitude made things worse. They didn’t seem to care about guest concerns. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic, and the rooms at Hotel Grand Amba, Bilaspur were in terrible shape with no maintenance at all. Very disappointing stay, definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
