This is a reasonable budget stay in Bilaspur, with clean, comfortable rooms and the basic amenities for a pleasant visit. The restaurant has a good range of dishes, although quality can vary. Staff are usually polite and willing to help, but service is inconsistent, with occasional delays and miscommunication. A decent mid-range option if you aren't expecting exceptional service.

The biggest drawbacks were the dim lighting in both the room and restroom, untidy linens and pillow covers, and quilts that were almost torn. Otherwise, it was well managed, with a really good, spacious room and restroom. The tariff was pocket friendly, the food was tasty and served well, and the location was good and well connected.

There was no sense that our luggage was safe. I left my phone behind at checkout, and the hotel staff kept it and wouldn't give it back. Its location was still showing there, so I had to travel back to Bilaspur and file a police complaint. They returned the phone two days later after police got involved. The room and washroom were awful: old, smelly blankets and pillows, no fresh bedsheet, a leaking commode, and condoms on the bathroom mirror. The room hadn't been cleaned either, even though they claimed they'd just cleaned it when we asked. This was a terrible stay I'll remember for life. I wouldn't recommend it even for a few hours. Horrible.

The lift seemed to stop working every day during our stay of over a week. Staff kept saying it was being fixed, but somehow the same problem came back each day. The rooms weren't maintained properly, and service was easily the worst part. Wi-Fi never worked from our first day either. Whenever we asked, they said it would be fixed tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. A waste of money.
