The manager and staff were awful. They spoke disrespectfully and used abusive language. It's not a suitable place for any decent person to stay. If I get time away from my schedule, I'll definitely complain to the consumer forum about the staff's behavior. A very bad hotel, deserving a negative review.

The staff treated customers outrageously, without thinking, and the service wasn't good at all. The rooms were very bad, and water was coming out of the bathrooms. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.

The rooms aren't up to that quality either. I would give this hotel zero stars. If you can't honor the budget shown for OYO, MakeMyTrip, or other bookings, you shouldn't accept them. They charge extra after you arrive. Please confirm before booking whether they'll provide a room at the price listed on OYO or another hotel app.

Please don't book here. They deny check-in to people who book through Goibibo or OYO, saying the rates were too low and demanding extra payment. This is a very low-category hotel, and these people are cheap. It's not even suitable for ladies and families.

Please don't even consider booking or staying here. It's a pathetic place, the worst I've ever seen. At check-in, the owner and reception staff made up their own rules and behaved rudely. They badly mistreated a 68-year-old guest. The owner's and reception staff's behavior was very bad and rough. The reception had a third-class person wearing lots of gold ornaments who seemed to think he was the only person with a hotel in Bilaspur C.G. A real SADAKCHAP HOTEL with a third-grade owner and reception staff.
