The kitchen where we could cook for ourselves made the stay feel homely, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and kept very hygienic. We spent 6 days here as a family, and it was peaceful and welcoming. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and happy to help. The manager especially stood out as attentive, caring, and one of the most professional, well mannered people I've met. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend it.
The food was delicious and affordably priced, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. The room was very nice, in a great location. I'll definitely come again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you.
The reception staff were the only good thing. Cockroaches were crawling around the rooms, and every room smelled bad. There's no lift for the upper floors, and the hotel is tucked far inside a residential area.
The rooms were nice and clean, but they didn't provide any extra amenities. The gate stays locked, so let reception know beforehand if you're planning to leave early.
I was here while travelling for work, and this was a nightmare. The front desk behavior was pathetic, and the online map reviews felt false. The rooms were untidy, the bathrooms unclean and leaking, and people were smoking in the corridors and elsewhere. A new employee had filled the soap dispenser with water because he didn't know it was for soap. The wash basin drained straight onto the bathroom floor, as shown in the attached video. One egg roll took an hour to arrive. The manager moved me to a higher category room, but even that needed supervised cleaning and fresh linens. I'm never staying here again.
