The rooms are spacious and very clean, and breakfast was good. The hotel is well maintained, and you can stay there peacefully. The food, though, was costly and not as tasty as I'd expect, and service was a bit slow. We ordered fried chicken but got chili chicken instead; they wouldn't change it and insisted it was fried chicken. Overall, it was okay, and it's still a good place to stay if you can overlook the food service. Many renowned cricketers, actors, and politicians have stayed here.

This hotel has a 30-plus-year legacy and the best location. I've grown up seeing it, and it still delivers the same quality service. The staff even retire here instead of moving on to other opportunities, which is rare in today's competitive hospitality business.

My parents stayed here recently and had a wonderful time. They had some health issues as senior citizens, and Sophie was especially compassionate and helped maintain the hotel's caring atmosphere. The food was yummy and the ambience was lovely too. I recommend staying here and enjoying the hospitality. Best wishes to all the staff and the team.

Meenakshi is still very helpful, and the staff are courteous and cooperative. But after coming back nearly six months later, I was disappointed by the room's condition. There was no hot water, and after I complained 3-4 times, all they offered was a bucket of hot water, which isn't acceptable. I've stayed here for over six days at a stretch before without this kind of inconvenience, so maintenance needs to improve.
