Sterling Kufri

There’s no lift, which makes getting to the rooms and restaurant by stairs quite difficult for elderly guests. Food quality was very good, though service time could be better. The heritage property is well maintained, and this was my second visit, around 13 yrs after the first. The location and view are amazing.

The kids had a good time in the snow within the Resort, and the play area was good too. We had a pleasant 3 night stay in a 2 room cottage. The clean, beautiful dining space served good food, and the staff were courteous.

The resort's location is excellent, its biggest plus. We were there at Heritage Resort & Spa, Kufri from 31st December to 3rd January, and on 1st January the snowfall in Kufri was truly enjoyable and memorable. The room was good, but service stayed very poor throughout. The food quality was excellent. They arranged a buffet with many varieties on 31st December only; on the other days, it was à la carte. Breakfast was very disappointing and didn't meet expectations at all. One day the bathroom water was yellow, which disgusted us.

From the top of kufri, you can see snow capped mountains, and the location is beautiful. We had a family stay at kufri heritage resort and spa, and it was an amazing experience, with excellent food and service. The staff were very polite. We'd recommend it to everyone. Thanks, team kufri heritage.
