The hotel being close to the bus stand was the one thing I liked. The food portions were generous, but the prices had gone way up. The restaurant was only average for both atmosphere and taste. The waiters made it seem like serving the menu or bringing food was a favor. I’d only come back if I had no other choice, and otherwise would avoid it.

The food tastes excellent, but the rooms and washrooms badly need renovation. The washrooms especially feel very old. Cleanliness and general upkeep also need a lot of work.

Rooms are spacious, and it works well for either a business trip or a family visit.

At Hotel Reliance in Bokaro, the service stood out. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were decent, and I liked the food. What didn’t fit was the cost of meals and water, which felt closer to 4-star prices than the rest of the setup. Lower food rates would make the stay feel much better value.

The hospitality and service were really good, and I thought the restaurant food was among Bokaro’s best. It’s also nicely located near Bokaro railway station.
