Our room, 202, didn’t have a mirror, which was a little troublesome, so I’d ask the staff to look into that. Aside from that, I was very happy with our stay from 27-29th December,2024. The place is well maintained, and the rooms and bathroom were clean. The bathroom had a geyser, and we were given clean towels and toiletries. There’s a separate dining facility with tasty food, free Wifi, and a beautiful green garden. The staff were all polite and cordial. It’s a very quiet, secluded location, with Sonajhuri Haat a 10-minute walk away and well-known restaurants like Shakuntala, Ram Shyam etc. also reachable on foot. It was a different experience for us that the property is also an old age home, and we got to interact with a few residents. I’d definitely stay again.

Sonajhuri hut is only about 5 minutes away. We had a nice family gathering here, with 21 people from 21-01-24 to 22-01-24. The rooms were spacious, airy, clean, and well maintained, and the garden and lawn were attractive and cared for. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the outstanding desk manager. The food was tasty and very good, though more evening snack options would be nice.

I stayed with my family and my 8-month-old baby and didn’t face any challenges. Food, room service, and location were all just wow. The property is very nice and good for families, with friendly staff. If I visit again, Bhalobasa Anandabas will be my first choice. Highly recommend.

The exterior is good, and it’s near somajhuri hat. Still, at 1500 + gst, I found it overpriced. There’s no extra pillow in the whole hotel, only two per room, the window glass is transparent so privacy is limited, and both the room and bathroom are small. There’s no liquid soap in the bathroom or complimentary breakfast. Outside noise comes through clearly, and noise from the room carries out too. For 80% more, 2800 +gst at rangabitan gets you a first-class room, breakfast, and other amenities. If you have no choice, pick this one. Otherwise, pay extra for a good hotel.
