Hyatt Raipur

We chose Hyatt Raipur for catering and had a great experience. Everything was well organized, the food was excellent, and the whole team was supportive. Special mention to F&B Supervisor, Mr. Biplab, whose coordination and attention to detail kept the arrangements running smoothly.

I had lunch with my family on a working day, and the dishes were prepared as we requested. But my bill came to Rs 5700 for three people eating lightly from the alacart menu, because someone else’s bill, around Rs 1600, had been added to mine. I usually don’t check food bills at other places, but I questioned the amount while paying by card. The waiter said it would come down to normal after swiping. After Rs 5700 was deducted, I asked for the bill and spotted the extra charge. They called it human error. If I hadn’t checked the total and bill, I’d have lost Rs 1600. That’s the standard at a 5 star Hyatt Hotel of Raipur? They also don’t have proper parking.

The food was great, and the whole team was incredibly nice. Shabaz and his team at the all day dining gave us two days of great service, thank you. The steam and gym were perfect for my daily health, and I slept fantastically. Amazing service, the best Hyatt in India. I highly recommend this spot while in Raipur.

I picked the Hyatt for its location and direct connection to an excellent shopping center. The staff were helpful and attentive, anticipating needs and responding quickly. My room was spacious and had plenty of bottled water, though the dingy carpet could stand to be replaced. On the 6th floor there’s a well-equipped gym with a shower, lockers, and steam room. Breakfast had a varied selection, and the dining room was bright and large.
