We paid through MakeMyTrip, but when we arrived at Hotel Honey Comb the reception staff couldn't find our booking. After a long, confusing wait, they showed us a room that smelled terrible and was dirty and unserviced. It was unlivable, so we wouldn't stay even a minute. The hotel said it couldn't refund the payment, while MakeMyTrip said the hotel wasn't responding, leaving us without a room or our money. This was a badly managed, unprofessional experience that wasted our time and money. I wouldn't book here.

We've been waiting 50 minutes for breakfast at honeycomb, and still haven't eaten. Nobody seems accountable or knows what's going on, and we had to go into the kitchen ourselves to get plates. The owner and staff need to respect that customers have schedules and their time matters. Waiting so long for food when we have plans is really discouraging. Go elsewhere if you value your time and money.

The staff were unfriendly and came across as arrogant, so this was my worst stay. Before we confirmed the booking, they said breakfast was complimentary. Once we arrived, they said they could give only three dosas per person and we could choose just one item from the three available. I wouldn't recommend it.

Most rooms look out over the hills, since the hotel sits up high. The rooms are nice, and the staff are friendly. A very good place to stay in Vagamon with family or friends, and I'd recommend it.

When we booked the entire property, the owner and the owner's friends used the space we expected to have privately. They also didn't provide campfire facilities or a music system, even though we had booked through MakeMyTrip or a similar site. We could only stay in the rooms. It was a bad experience, especially with family, and I wouldn't come back with them.
