The spacious super deluxe room had a bathroom that seemed poorly planned, though housekeeping was good and the resort was nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast was good, but the items we bought were quite costly and only so-so. After we ate, nobody came to clear the tables. There were three adults staying for three nights. At checkout, two workers began inspecting the sheets, pillows, blanket, wardrobe, balcony, TV switch, other switches, and refrigerator instead of helping us move our luggage to the car. We found that absolutely embarrassing, and had never experienced anything like it before.

The resort is set among lush greenery, with a pool, flowers, plants, and even cattle farming adding to the peaceful surroundings. We felt completely at ease there. Our room was cozy and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff gave us attentive, quality service. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality. I hope the resort continues to flourish, and I look forward to coming back soon.

The food is still very good and enjoyable, just as before. I stayed in a mud house at this beautiful Sonajhuri Forest resort, but the washroom was very small, the telecom didn’t work properly, and the Wi-Fi was poor. It’s a huge property with too few staff, so service needs to improve. Adding more staff and managing service better could make the experience much stronger.

The rooms were cozy and clean, with a simple feel that reflects Bengal, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I loved the authentic Bengali food. With greenery all around and a peaceful break from city life, Ram shyam Village Resort is a lovely mix of nature and comfort. A great place for a quiet getaway, highly recommended. ❤️🫶
