The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept, and the hotel's overall hygiene and room condition were very good. My issue was Mr. Pathak at reception, who came across as a bit rude. Guests may arrive tired after a long trip, so a warm greeting and a smile can really affect how the stay begins. Personal difficulties shouldn't show in how guests are treated. Aside from that reception interaction, we were satisfied with everything else. Thank you.

My daughter woke up to find a man standing at her door. She told him it was her room, but he still tried to open the door further. When she called reception, they said they'd given him her key by mistake. The manager confirmed this without apology, explaining that the man was a regular guest and staff had mistakenly given him the key because he usually stayed in that room. This was gross negligence by both the manager and staff, and left the hotel feeling extremely dangerous and unreliable. Everyone should stay away from this creepy place.

My one-night stay at Hotel Hilltop, Mumbai was comfortable and hassle-free. The room was tidy and in good condition, and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. I had no problems during my visit. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Mumbai.

The rooms are spacious and air conditioned, with a separate bathroom and toilet, which I liked. The lifts were fast, and parking was good. Food had a nice range of options and was good, with excellent service.
