Falcon Resorts by Dia Hotels

On my first trip to Goa, I stayed at Falcon Resort near Calangute Beach for 2 nights and 1 day, and really enjoyed it. The staff and receptionist were friendly and very helpful, so the stay felt easy and pleasant. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable, and we had a lot of fun using the swimming pool. Calangute Beach was about 10 minutes away, and Baga Beach around 12 minutes. There's a wine shop, restaurant, and bar just across from the resort. Smoking and alcohol aren't strictly restricted on the premises, except near the pool, which makes sense. A comfortable, hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for a Goa visit! 🌴

Never book this hotel. There's no safety: the bathroom window looks straight out onto the road. The sheets were stained, the fan looked disgusting, and there was no hot water at all. The pool had green patches everywhere. At such a low price, missing amenities might be understandable, but cleanliness and safety are essential. This was the worst hotel.

Falcon Resort was an average stay for me. Prices are affordable, so it could work if you want a budget place and aren't expecting luxury. It's about 1.5 km from the beach, which means a short drive or walk to get there. The pool wasn't very clean or deep, and seemed more suited to kids than adults. For a premium experience, I'd look elsewhere.

Falcon Resorts Goa by Dia Hotels is near beach areas like Calangute and Candolim, as well as restaurants and shops, so it offers a peaceful break close to the lively tourist scene. For a hassle-free, comfortable, well-priced stay in North Goa with good service and a convenient location, it's worth considering.
