The villa at Happy Inch Hospitality was wonderful, with its own swimming pool and a relaxing, hygienic atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay and everything was beyond what we expected. I'd rate it highly.

The rooms were spacious, with a nice ambience, good food, and good hygiene. Manager Abhishek was friendly, and I felt it was very safe for families. I liked it.

The villa was well maintained, with a nice pool, and we had a good time with friends. The caretakers were helpful. Bring supplies you'll need for the villa, since it's a little far from shops. If you have a car, that's no problem.

2/10
The place has a good layout and a nice ambience, but the rest of the experience was disappointing and felt worthless. There was no room service. I ordered a breakfast box, which took an hour and a half to arrive, and the contents were completely different from what I'd ordered. The food quality was terrible, too. The manager wouldn't listen to our concerns, kept talking over me, then abruptly ended the conversation. The place has potential, but the staff were extremely incompetent, rude, and unprofessional.

After booking, the service was very poor. They wouldn't discuss or address issues, changed their manner during the conversation, and didn't follow their own policy.
