The price was Rs.1200/day for a Non AC room and Rs.1500 for an AC room, which is very high for what you get. There’s no drinking water, wardrobe, security guard, lift, or food service. No phone to call staff either, and mobile reception inside is poor. The reception room has no sofas, and the rooms don’t have enough light. Don’t be fooled by the nice-looking signboard. Our room was cramped and smelly, with dirt everywhere, spider webs, mosquitoes, and insects. There was no cleaning, and the toilet was never cleaned. The bathrooms stank, the paint job was poor, the electrical switches were broken, and the TV didn’t work. No Wi-Fi, either. There’s no service, and the management and staff are rude and don’t come to the room when you need anything. There are no nearby hotels, so you have to take a taxi to find one. No prostitution.

I booked five days, and the staff were very supportive with excellent service. The hotel arranged everything I needed, including a scooter rental and a taxi. I’d suggest staying here when you plan a trip to Goa.
