We didn't get the early check-in we had been told was approved by the oyo representative, even though rooms were vacant and ready. The receptionist still refused us entry, which made for a disappointing welcome. We let it go and enjoyed our Goa trip. The rooms were clean and decent, but breakfast wasn't very good. At the restaurant, service was good from just one person, while the counter service wasn't great.

This place isn't worth visiting. The rooms weren't cleaned daily, there was no hot water, and they didn't have a card machine. Staff had an arrogant attitude and showed very little concern for customers. If the owner or management sees this, please sort out these basic problems.

It's an easy walk to Calungate beach, and the view and rooms are fine. The lift sometimes doesn't work, and the hot water...

Right in the heart of CALANGUTE and near the beach and market, LEMONMINT SVELTON MANOR is a beautiful place. The rooms are lovely and the food is awesome.
