Hotel Sai Deep Place

Sai Deep Hotel, also called Sai Deep Place, is right across from Tito's Lane and a five-minute walk from Baga Beach, so it's convenient for nightlife and getting around. It's a budget guest house with spacious rooms, some with city view balconies, and helpful staff who can arrange local activities such as scuba diving or river cruises. Nearby liquor shops and 24-hour eateries are handy, and guests appreciate the high-speed Wi-Fi. The standard is simple and no-frills, with basic amenities and occasional hot water issues. In 2026, it remains a top-rated, good-value base for bachelors and young groups wanting to stay in the heart of North Goa's lively entertainment district.

Sai Deep is a functional, affordable choice for budget travelers, as long as you keep expectations realistic about the amenities. The staff are generally supportive and the rooms fairly spacious, but hot water can be inconsistent and the AC units may be aging. There aren't luxury extras here, it's a what-you-see-is-what-you-get kind of place. If you plan to spend 90% of your time at the beach or shacks and only need a secure, low-cost room for sleeping, it's still a popular and highly recommended option in the Baga area.

You can get food and shopping just a minute away, and Baga beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. Titos lane is even closer, around two minutes on foot. The location is the best part. Inside, rooms are only okay and upkeep is average. Some are dark with no ventilation or air circulation. Mobile signal doesn't reach the rooms, though the Wi-Fi works well, and the washroom is a bit below par.

We only came by to look at the rooms and didn't stay. They seemed quite dated, with several things damaged or not looked after well. From what we saw, we wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable visit.
