Hotel Villa Fatima Comforts

The rooms are in very poor condition. The AC doesn't work, the taps leak, and the rooms aren't clean. Please don't stay here.

The reception staff were good and spoke politely, and the rooms were good too. The hotel is in the heart of North Goa, close to Tito's lane, and gave us a feel for traditional Goan living. The pool was very small, though understandable given the space, and I didn't want to swim because the water didn't seem to be changed regularly. Breakfast was included, but only okay. I'd have liked more choice and better quality. Still, it was a nice stay.

NO SAFE at all. I had a very bad stay here. The first picture on the Oyo site is completely fake, and the place felt unsafe. The rooms weren't clean, and the toilet smelled badly. When I asked the housekeeping guy to clean it, he said they only clean once a day. The AC didn't work, and there was no light at night. Breakfast was like mess food. The owner was rude, like Hitler, and demanded payment at check-in even though, as I understand it, Oyo policy allows payment at checkout. As we were leaving, the manager and owner asked to use our phone to post a review. If you see a good review, it may have been posted by the owner or manager using a customer's phone. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I was shocked there wasn't even a mirror in the room. The bathroom was like a public toilet, with broken tiles and a tap leaking all day. The pool seemed to be there for show, with dirty water and insects breeding in it. The service was awful. There was just one staff member, who watched movies on his phone, and they didn't give us blankets until we asked. Then they brought two single bed blankets. There's no Wi-Fi in the room or even a garbage bin. For this room standard, 500 rupees at most seems fair. Don't come here, it's worse than a dharam shala.
