The setting is peaceful and the atmosphere is pleasant. Calangute Beach is right behind the hotel, with a little lane from the back leading straight there, handy if you want to go more than once or visit after sunset. The property has a broad frontage, a decent pool and a small hotel building with a few spacious, cozy rooms. The room facilities and service were below par, though, and the complimentary breakfast wasn't especially enjoyable.

The photos suggest the pool is on the same property as the rooms, but ours were in a separate building across the road. We found another place nearby the next day, thankfully, and that rescued our vacation.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean with a good breakfast. My disappointment was that even after booking a deluxe room, we weren't placed in the main building. I had confirmed the booking using the hotel images posted on all the sites, so that felt misleading.

We stayed three days, paid 12k for two rooms, and room cleaning never happened. There was no service, and the pool was very dirty. It spoiled my stay.

Poorly maintained, with bad room service. The pool is the worst, and the beach is dirty too. The hotel isn't near the beach. A complete waste of money.
