OYO 40937 Calangute Comforts

The rooms were top class, the price felt worth every penny, and the service was fabulous. The staff were super friendly too. I found stayinn after looking around for somewhere decent on my Goa holiday, and it turned out to be a chilled out place that beat all my expectations compared with stays on earlier trips. I'm a frequent traveler and hope they keep this up. I'll recommend it to everyone. Kudos to the team, and good luck. 10/10 👌👌👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Mr. Gautam was the one good part. He was the only contact at the hotel and provided good service, basically keeping things going. The rooms looked old, as you can see from the photos I uploaded, and maintenance was poor. We visited in peak season, the first week of Jan'2020, and the arrangements were already very bad. I can't imagine the off season. The price on the Oyo portal and other sites makes this a very poor choice. Would I go again? Absolutely no.

The rooms are lovely and match the Oyo pictures, and the rates are very low, so don't judge by how the property looks from outside. It's behind a restaurant, and Google Maps shows the exact location. A good budget stay, enjoy your visit.

The bathrooms were awful, and the room felt like a wooden box. There really aren't any facilities. People encourage you to give a 4 or 5 rating by promising cashback, but it never arrives, so it feels like a trick. Since the place is cheaper, people get swayed by its app ratings.
