OYO Townhouse 065 Calangute Aguada

The desk staff were supportive, but they didn't explain how to book rooms with balconies ahead of time, and the tourism guy at the door had an unwelcoming attitude. The place is being renovated, yet the areas still in use weren't kept in good shape. The sink had stains, the water looked a little muddy, and there wasn't enough furniture, seating, or space for bags. There was no fridge, and there weren't enough towels or floor mats. I also don't think the sheets are changed every time. Staff could handle customers better. It mostly felt like you had to look after yourself instead of the hotel taking care of you.

I really like this property and OYO's new concepts. It's comfortable and clean, and breakfast is usually included. The breakfast is simple, but really nice. Before booking, compare prices on other sites too, since Goibobo gave me a better deal than OYO for this hotel.

It's a new property near Calangute beach, with good rooms that suit families. The buffet breakfast had lots of options and tasted great, something I haven't found at other OYO rooms.

There’s no in-house restaurant, and the few shared basics are limited to one kettle and one iron for the whole hotel. They also don’t provide shampoo or handwash. Construction was going on continuously, and the open area had been rented to the restaurant kitchen at the front, so we could see dirty dishes and hear the cooks and washing-up. When I raised concerns, the manager was busy with other properties and didn’t deal with them. Worst OYO experience.
