The room was cramped and far smaller than the listing suggested, and finding hair in the bathtub when we arrived made me question whether it had been cleaned properly. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. We tried more than once to get help, but the staff seemed uninterested and management handled the complaints absurdly. For the extremely high price, I expected a clean, comfortable place run professionally. Instead, the tiny room, lack of Wi-Fi, and poor handling of issues made this one of my worst hotel stays. Avoid it. Other places deliver what they promise.

Getting to Calangute Beach takes about ten minutes on foot, and the location is excellent. Parking was a nuisance, though: the valet leaves the car roughly 300 metres away, so there's a wait whenever you want to go out. We didn't try the food, so can't comment on it. Our start was a little bumpy because we were given a ground-floor room without the balcony we'd booked, but manager Mr. Kable Singh calmly helped sort it out. We appreciated his hospitality. For what we paid, it was a decent stay.

Mr. Dhananjay (GM) managed things very well, and Mr. Niranjay was supportive and hospitable. The staff as a whole were courteous, professional, and quick to help. We were there for three lovely days and went to the New Year party, which was well organized. The stay was comfortable and the food was amazing. It was a memorable visit, and we'd be happy to return.

The food was excellent, and Manav and Sumit made sure it was served the way we needed. They also cleaned the swimming pool when we asked. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel sits on a very busy main road, but the nearest beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. It's better to take the side roads than walk along the main road.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was tasty. Our whole group felt looked after: staff checked in several times a day and took care of even the small requests, making everyone feel at home. The nearby beaches and location are good. I'd recommend visiting this hotel.
