The Eternal Wave

We booked a 1bhk for three nights, and the rooms were super spacious, neat, and clean. There's plenty of parking. The in-house food was decent, though only veg. It can be confusing to figure out whether to call room service, reception, or the restaurant. Phone sim network is poor, but that's a great way to spend time with your partner or family.

Our stay at Eternal Waves Resort, Goa was disappointing. Services were extremely slow, and the reception staff were rude, uncooperative, and short on basic hospitality. Guests expect respectful communication and timely help from the front desk, but that wasn't our experience. Better staff training and service standards could improve things. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on customer service.

We booked a 1BHK apartment for 4 nights and 5 days. It had all the basic amenities, and the room was cleaned regularly. The property is amazing, and they take really good care of their guests.

After 5-6 stays here over the past 6-7 years, this may be my last. We booked a villa, but the master bedroom AC didn't work. Despite several reminders, it was only fixed on our second night. The rooms weren't clean, and the furniture looks heavily used. The property just isn't like it used to be, though the rates have stayed quite affordable over the years.
