The staff member dealing with guests was discourteous and unprofessional, and moving my bike without permission, despite its handle lock being on, was unacceptable. Parking is very limited. I was traveling alone, and this became one of my worst hotel stays. I arrived at 3:00 PM, an hour after the 2:00 PM check-in time, but my room still wasn't ready. I waited another 30 minutes. Once inside, I found the AC and TV weren't working properly. Some advertised amenities weren't available or provided, and there was no food service, which was very inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend this property. There are better choices in the area.

My husband and I stayed for 3 days and had a really nice time. The food was tasty, and the service was wonderful. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially the owner, tausif and Rajesh Ji. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Candolim Beach is right nearby, so the location was perfect for us. The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and supportive the whole time. We loved staying here and would happily return.

We felt really safe here, which makes it a very good place for ladies. Candolim Beach and the market are close by. Chef Ajavul and Raju are so good at cooking, and breakfast was very good too. All the staff were polite, gentle, and helpful. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

We canceled our February 2025 booking within the cancellation terms, and the hotel promised to refund us within 7 days. Nothing arrived. We sent many messages and got no reply. Then, through the booking agency on 3 June 2025, they again said the refund would come within 7 days, but it still hasn't arrived. It's now been 6 months. Taking payment and then not sending the promised refund amounts to theft. This was completely unprofessional, with no customer service, and I wouldn't recommend booking here. I'd give no stars if that were an option.
