Virendra was especially polite, helpful, and there whenever I needed assistance. His manner made everything smooth and hassle-free. I had a comfortable stay at Gold Residency. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff’s hospitality really stood out. If you want a decent place in Delhi with supportive staff and good service, this hotel is worth considering.

The rooms at Gold Regency Hotel, Delhi were good and comfortable, but service was average. I had to ask repeatedly for basic things. Please check your bill carefully before paying, as I noticed a difference in the final amount and extra charges. It wasn’t a bad stay overall, but billing transparency and service response need improvement. This person helped me a lot.

The hotel felt calm and welcoming, with fresh, tasty food and daily housekeeping that kept things clean. Rooms were neat, well maintained, and had all the essentials. Staff were courteous, cooperative, and quick to respond. It’s in a convenient area for getting around and sightseeing in Delhi. Hotel Gold Regency is a nice budget-friendly choice for business or family travelers, and I’d gladly recommend it. My experience was good.

Food tasted decent, and room service was okay. I stayed one night, and it was an average stay, not ideal for families. The room smelled unpleasant. I booked for three adults on MMT, but was told that room couldn’t fit three, so I was charged 1500 for an upgrade. The hotel is in a very narrow, heavily congested lane, and getting there is difficult. There is no car parking, so don’t book here if you’re driving.

I booked through Goibibo and called to ask about early check-in. The person I spoke with asked for an extra Rs.1000, and when I said that was too much, he told me to cancel and book offline with him instead. He said the offline booking would give me 24 hours from check-in, without any bill. The person was rude, and I found the experience pathetic and ridiculous. There was no courtesy or professionalism in how the hotel staff treated a customer. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Don’t book here.
