The beach is only about a five minute walk away, and Newton's supermarket is close by for everyday essentials. It’s pocket friendly, with spacious, nice rooms and attached balconies. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were really supportive. A peaceful OYO property and an amazing stay.
The rooms are good, but there’s no proper receptionist or anyone to talk to. The only person there seemed uninterested, and I had to ask for every little thing, from hot water and drinking water to help with the TV and room lights. There’s no hot water switch, drinking water, or room freshener in the room. The biggest letdown was the lack of Wi-Fi, so bring your own data. There is a restaurant right beside this Oyo house called Punjab Da Taste, though, and it’s brilliant. You can get a free Wi-Fi connection there too.
The beach is very close, which adds to the appeal. It’s budget friendly and can be booked through OYO or Goibibo. I had an awesome experience, and everything was good for my stay.
