This place doesn’t even have the name shown. Getting there by car is really difficult, the access is narrow and scary.

The staff did clean our room properly once we told them, and they were helpful about it. But we had to keep calling reception to ask for cleaning, and the property felt badly managed overall. The location was poor, the pool water smelled, and the rooms were average with no lift. Breakfast and dinner were just okay, and sometimes there weren’t enough plates when more people arrived. I’d think carefully before visiting, especially after seeing the reviews come true. This place really needs serious attention.

We left and found another hotel because the room wasn’t ready even though we arrived an hour after check-in, and it was in such bad shape. We kept being asked to wait while they cleaned, including the dirty bathroom. The room smelled, there was no cleanliness, and the bathroom wall tiles had black fungus. The staff were rude and wouldn’t accept what was wrong with the property. The photos they shared were completely different from what we saw in person. It felt like a chaaul, just a bunch of rooms built together with attached washrooms. Such a bad experience with a dirty property and unprofessional staff. I’d suggest thinking twice and reading all the reviews, especially if your agent is booking it for a family.

The only good thing was that the park was clean. The staff weren’t helpful and didn’t answer our questions properly, the room smelled bad and had no floor to be found, and the restaurant food wasn’t up to standard. It also cost more than we expected. There was no reason for us to spend another night, so we asked for a refund of the booking amount. I hope they take the complaint into consideration.
