Candolim beach and nearby attractions are close by, and the pool area and ambiance made the stay more relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, while the staff were courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had plenty of options and the food was great. We had a memorable, pleasant stay at Novotel Goa Candolim. Highly recommended for families and couples!

The hotel was peaceful and enjoyable overall, and most staff were polite and helpful, though a few weren't. The luxury room had a good amount of space, working amenities, and was clean, but our city-view room faced the back of the building and had a really bad view. The food was tasty with an adequate choice, and the breakfast was tasty too, though the spread was limited. Room service could be late, and sometimes staff were impolite, possibly because there were so many guests. The pool was good for children, but the play area didn't have many toys and wasn't baby-safe. You can walk to the beach, though it is 2 km away. The hotel is good, but overall it isn't worth the money.

The hotel was especially good for a family with kids, with a play area and a safe children's pool. Abu and Soumyaranjan from housekeeping deserve a special mention. They kept our room spotless, stayed attentive, and added thoughtful touches that made the kids feel welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything a family might need. It made for a comfortable, family-friendly stay. Highly recommended!

From the smooth check-in to the active IRD and very good service, I had a great experience at Novotel Goa Candolim with my team. The room was comfortable, the food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had a great spread. I also had a great coffee at the little place and a perfectly balanced cocktail by Dhamodhar. Every department's staff were superb. Special thanks to Shreyansh, housekeeping boy Vijay, Rahulmanna, Chetan, Vaibhav, Anik, Bishnu, Anwesha, Himangshu, Chef Pritpal, and all the staff of Novotel Goa Candolim. I recently stayed here, and I can say it's the best hotel in Goa to stay at!

We stayed for three nights and four days, and the hotel gave us a good experience. The lobby was very large and beautifully decorated. Our Sweet room was excellent, with a two-floor design and a well-appointed interior. The management staff provided excellent service and were very friendly to us. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good and suited our preferences. The swimming pool was excellent, with clean water. Overall, it was very good.
