Rooms are nice, and there are budget options too. The location in candolim is great, about a 2-minute walk to the beach. The hotel is open 24 hours. Lemon Tree hotel, delfino super market, Newton super market, and the health center are all about a minute away on foot.

I'm happy with the service and had a happy stay. The room was nice, clean, and cheap, and the washroom was clean too. Everything was charming and fabulous. Thanks to all the staff.

The room was disgustingly dirty. It seemed like the room and toilet hadn't been cleaned in years. The buckets were filthy and stank. I had to ask specifically for them and the toilets to be cleaned, and even after that the toilet was still dirty. It was so bad I felt I could catch an infection by touching anything. Every towel was marked, and the bedsheets had holes. I can't recommend this place at all. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
