Our family function was ruined by how the banquet handled things. After asking, we did a smoke entry, but the manager was angry with our family and wouldn’t help us clear the smoke. We ended up arguing a lot, and the hospitality was very bad. I wouldn’t recommend holding a family function here. They also call family members and relatives asking them to delete reviews. If they have time to answer reviews, they should use it to build proper ventilation throughout the banquet.

The beds were very comfortable, the room quiet, and the internet reliable. We spent two nights here on our way back from the little Rann of Kutch, stopping to see rani ki vav and the patola heritage museum. Avani and the hotel staff took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable and rested. On the day we arrived, they even arranged for a doctor to see us in our room.

The staff were cooperative, and I liked the restaurant with music playing in the background. The food could be better, especially the pizza, which wasn’t very good. Still, for an almost rural area like this, the food was impressive. The place itself was awesome.

The interiors have a distinctive charm, and our family had a really pleasant stay at a hotel grand piano, patan. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious, with lovely hospitality. The staff were cooperative, well-disciplined, and always ready to help with a smile. It was a memorable experience, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patan.
