The shared swimming pool was the one downside, since it's used by other residents and isn't private. We had a great trip to Goa, staying in a villa near Varca Beach. It was clean and had everything we needed: a TV, washing machine, stove, RO water, and oven. The beach was only a few hundred meters away, an easy walk for sunsets and the sound of the waves. Vadhana,Dubinsky, Sampad were very helpful hosts and guided us throughout the stay, making sure we had what we needed. The villa worked well for 8-9 members and made for a comfortable, chill stay in South Goa. One warning: avoid Pereira Wine Shop. They were rude, tried to scam us, and even attacked us when we asked about it, to show their local power. Buy liquor from nearby liquor marts instead.

The place was surrounded by lush greenery and felt close to nature. My friends and I had a wonderful, memorable stay, cooking together and hanging out on the lovely balconies. The hospitality made the trip extra special, and we'd love to come back. I also really appreciate that you went out of your way to courier back the sunglasses we accidentally left behind. That was a thoughtful gesture, and not many people would take the time to do it. I'll definitely recommend your place to friends visiting Goa.

A peaceful and comfortable choice for families or groups staying in Varca, with beautiful beaches only a short drive away. The apartment has space for around 6 people and includes parking for a 4-wheeler and a lovely pool for relaxing. The kitchen was handy, with a gas stove, basic utensils, and a fridge, plus a washing machine that made our stay more convenient. One of the best places to stay in Varca, highly recommended.

We stayed in the apartment with family for one night and had a pleasant visit. The rooms were clean and everything else was good, but the Wi-Fi didn't work out. It'd be great if that could be fixed for future guests. We liked the setup and would consider staying again if the Wi-Fi issue is resolved.
