Hotel Victoria International

I had to give it one star because zero wasn’t an option. The rooms were dirty and expensive, and this was the worst hotel stay of my life. The staff seemed willing to help, but the owner showed no interest in doing so. Management didn’t seem to understand how to run the place.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We booked two rooms but had to wait nearly 45 minutes because they weren’t ready, and at first they gave us only one. Both rooms had heaters that didn’t work, so after washing with cold water we were shivering. One room also smelled awful. There was no soap in the toilet, and the body wash and shampoo were terrible quality. The only thing I could see everywhere was OYO. 0/5.

Compared with my visit last year, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the city. I booked through OYO and was given great quality service. The staff were friendly and very cooperative, and the place felt peaceful and was exceptionally clean. To me, it’s convenient and has all the amenities for a dazzling vacation.

We stayed for a day with my parents and little one, and it felt homely. Our room, number 108 for three people, was very spacious and really good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and budget friendly, though the food is quite expensive. Keep it up.
