Avoid booking this place. The beds and toilet were dirty, the furniture was poorly maintained, and there were cracks in the walls and broken floor tiles. Be careful with the top-floor sea-view room.

The room smelled awful and the hotel entrance was in very bad shape. There are no stairs to the second floor, and the old lift is out of order most of the time. There was nobody at reception either. A horrible stay and a waste of money. Please don’t book here or you’ll be throwing your money in the dustbin.

We paid for a luxury suite for three people, but were given a room for two. At check-in, Rupak said they’d provide a mattress, then later firmly refused to give us either a mattress or a comforter. The three of us women had to spend the night uncomfortably. Rupak behaved very badly and wasn’t cooperative at all. I can’t recommend this hotel.

I had booked four days in advance but had to leave on the second day, and received no refund. The hotel and MakeMyTrip were a terrible experience, and neither listened to my complaint. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived to check in, and the room was dirty, with mould on the window sills and cobwebs. The toilet was filthy and had no toilet paper, the basement was flooded, and the TV didn’t work. The hotel administration and MakeMyTrip had a very bad attitude. Not recommended at all, the worst hotel in Goa.
