Candolim beach is very close, about 70 m from the hotel, which earns it 5/5 for location. The rooms and bathrooms smell bad, the linens aren't clean, and the almirahs are broken. I wouldn't recommend coming during monsoon. Overall, I'd give the place 2/5. Food and water cost a lot here. A water bottle worth Rs 20 is sold for Rs 30. Don't eat or buy anything here. Go to the main road instead, get water from Newton Supermarket, and find food at a nearby hotel. There are more economical hotels if you walk some distance.

The one clear advantage is the excellent location, but the rooms are pathetic and the photos are misleading. They're on a mezzanine floor, and there's no kitchen or even drinking water. One of my room's TVs didn't work despite my complaint, and there was no bike parking, so we had to use pay and park. Breakfast is outsourced and there's no choice. On the last day they served egg and bread to vegetarians too. The tea came cold in tiny paper cups, just two sips' worth. We paid in advance for breakfast but skipped it because it was horrible. Overall, it's a very substandard place to stay.

The location is really good, just two minutes from Candolim beach, and there's a pretty good restaurant attached with lots of cuisines to choose from. The rooms are small, though, the washroom amenities don't all work properly, and room service isn't very good.

Candolim beach is very close, and you can get a great view of the market from the hotel. The cleanliness and service both need work. Still, if you’re mainly looking to relax over food and drinks at the restaurant, it’s a good fit.
