I can’t recommend this place because of the owner’s attitude. After we’d checked in, she shouted at us and demanded another 500. We refused since we’d already paid when booking, and she told us to leave the room at night. We’d just arrived after a 15-hour journey from hydrabad, and this was awful. The owner also had a problem with people taking pictures and videos at the property. If photos and videos aren’t allowed, just close the gates and stay there alone instead of doing business. Please don’t reply to my review. I’m posting hundreds of them because you ruined my last day in goa.

A really bad stay. There was no dedicated parking, so we left the car on the road. The TV remote didn’t work, the tea was terrible, and the rooms were tiny and nothing like the photos.

We had a great time here. The property is well maintained and very close to the beach.

The only good thing was the location, within walking distance of Candolim beach. The room wasn’t worth even 1K a day, and they put us on the second floor with no lift despite empty rooms on the ground floor. It felt deliberate after we wouldn’t agree to their demands. They were reluctant to give their names, even though they knew they were in the wrong. Shady place, aggressive people. Stay as far away as possible. I’d booked online for 3.2k, but at check-in they demanded 5.5k, saying I hadn’t included our four-year-old child. They said it was Christmas and that was their rate. I showed them the total was still 3.2k with the child included, and the check-in counter clearly said children under five stayed free. The man at the counter got very aggressive. I was there with my wife and four-year-old. Our luggage had already been taken to the room before the argument. When I checked out the next day, they said it was a guest house, not a hotel, so I shouldn’t expect any service.

The location is good and the rooms were average, but that’s about where the positives end. The hospitality was nonexistent, and it felt like they tried to charge us for every little thing, even basic necessities. Luckily, they haven’t started charging extra for the fan and lights yet. The whole stay felt transactional and sort of ruined the experience. I hope the owner lady starts treating the housekeepers better. We saw one get scolded just for saying goodbye to us.
