Ruffles Beach Resort

The owner was especially kind, offered us the hotel at its best price, and helped plan our tour since it was my first time here. The staff made me feel welcome, and the service was exceptional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It's the nearest resort from candolim beach, so the location is perfect. Just book and enjoy!

The staff were really helpful, and our room was clean and hygienic. We stayed three nights at this good-value resort, with the beach nearby. Great service too, and I’d happily come back with friends or family.

We booked five rooms for one night for our group of five families, and the property left us very disappointed. The rooms were dated, the sheets dirty, and the lighting poor. Room 104 was especially rough: an old toilet, no towel hooks or bin, and no hot water. After dinner, I got back around midnight to an air conditioner that was so loud and old I couldn’t sleep. I had a long drive starting at 7:00 AM, so I asked to move rooms. The receptionist was helpful, but the night manager, who also runs the restaurant, was rude and unprofessional. He said there were no rooms because the hotel was full. A few minutes later, I saw him trying to sell a room to someone who had just walked in. This place doesn’t deserve even one star.

At checkout, they told us to wash some POHA off the bedsheet and hand it back. That was completely disrespectful. The staff weren’t professional or respectful, and the room was dirty and smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. Our child had dropped some POHA on the sheet.
