Sea Breeze Beach Hotel

We came with family during the busy December holiday season and stayed nine days. It was a pleasant visit, with warm, courteous, cooperative staff. Veer ji, the backbone of the team and overall management, and Om Prakash ji were especially prompt and helpful throughout. The place has a vintage, lush Goan feel, with lots of greenery, and the pool is cleaned daily and kept in good shape. It's around 350 meters from Calangute beach, so convenient while still peaceful. Rooms are comfortable and each has a balcony or a front view of the pool. There was a Smart TV, AC, fridge, and a good quality wardrobe area. Bring your own essentials for an easier stay. Cooperation needs to come from both sides. The hospitality and grounded, authentic Goan vibe made for a peaceful stay. I'd rate it a solid 4.2/5 stars.

Sandeep and his team manage the property well. The rooms and property are spacious, with a Western architecture theme. Beaches, casinos, and restaurants are all close by, and alcohol is allowed poolside. One of the best places to stay in Candolim.

The price was exorbitant for what we got, with no real cleanliness, service, or basic maintenance. The property was untidy, rooms poorly maintained, and nothing like the online pictures. It's very old, full of mosquitoes, and the hygiene was unacceptable. Lights didn't work properly, and there was a constant earthing shock in the bathroom, which felt unsafe. Despite repeated complaints about the bathroom lights, no one took action. Don't rely on the manager's word. One of my worst experiences, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid this property.

The surroundings are green and the pool is clean, with the beach just a five-minute walk away. Mr Sandeep, the resort manager, was friendly and always ready to help with information. It's in a prime location, and we had a great experience.
