We stayed at Silver Sands Serenity, Candolim for three nights. The rooms were excellent, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Front desk staff were polite and helpful, and the property was quite good overall. I’d recommend the hotel for the stay. The dining experience at Bazaar restaurant was awful. Service was slower than a snail, and often we were served whatever the chef felt like making instead of what we ordered. The paneer was extremely poor quality, chewy and rubbery. If the rooms deserve 10/10, the restaurant gets a negative 10. No wonder they give out 50% discount coupons. The restaurant wait staff were courteous and did try their best. Room service staff, though, were rude, arrogant and unhelpful. They seriously need proper hospitality training. I’d definitely avoid the restaurant.

The infinity pool view is fabulous, and the breakfast was tasty, with four courses. Housekeeping made sure the room was cleaned every day, and everyone at the hotel was happy to help. Kalpesh and Babita at the check-in desk were so professional and welcoming. I had a special request when booking, and Kalpesh made sure the hotel took care of it. I’m looking forward to visiting Silver Sands Serenity again. Big kudos to the team.

It presents very much like a 3 star hotel, but it’s very clean, with really comfortable beds and a good shower. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with a buffet as well as a hot cooking station. The location works well for bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The staff were excellent with customer service, always polite and helpful. The manager went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We had a great stay, would recommend it, and would happily come back.

Silver Sand Serenity in Goa was a comfortable, clean and peaceful place for a relaxing break. The rooms were spacious, well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The property had a calm, serene atmosphere, just as the name suggests, and seems suited to couples, families or anyone wanting to unwind. Staff hospitality really stood out. Everyone was very polite, helpful and ready to assist with a smile. The location was another plus, with easy access to nearby beaches, cafes and local attractions. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Goa, and I’d love to stay here again.

The staff really went out of their way for us, and the location was both convenient and lovely. Our room was spotless and comfortable, too. A truly relaxing visit to Silver Sands Serenity.
