We spent 10 nights here in a new premier room, on a room only basis. The staff were all excellent, and our helpful, friendly housekeeper kept the room in good shape. It had a very comfortable bed, a small fridge, and a smart TV with things like Netflix. The pool is on the small side, but fine for a quick swim or dip. A few more loungers would be welcome. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. We had a really enjoyable stay.

The beach is under five minutes away, and a short walk in the other direction gets you to shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. The bar next door was great, with a nice range of food and drinks. We stayed five nights and were well looked after by all the staff. Ravji at the desk arranged our local transport and was especially helpful, and everyone did their best to meet our specific needs. I’d recommend staying here. We’ll ask for one of the newer rooms on our next visit.

We had a fab 25-night stay in a premium room. The pool was nice, and finding a gym was a nice surprise. The staff were great, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels.

The in-house Angaara Sports Restaurant & Bar below the hotel was a handy addition, with a pleasant atmosphere for meals and drinks. Service was quite nice, and for a short year-end trip in the last week of December 2025, it was a decent stay. There’s no dedicated guest parking, so we left our car in the beach’s paid parking, which cost us ₹600+ per day. The three-storey hotel also has no elevator, which could be difficult for seniors or people with leg problems. We noticed termites in the top-floor rooms, possibly because of the wooden ceiling. It’s a decent 3-star option with good service and food, though infrastructure and maintenance issues keep it from being better.

We’ve been here for two weeks and have had great service and food. The premium rooms are new, with great beds and facilities, and the hosts make you feel welcome. It’s close to the beach, has a pool, and the cleanliness is very good. We’d definitely come back. Peter and June Hunt
